Impedeoroid

 

The Impedeoroid raced through space, a strange anomaly of time. Anything that passed into it experienced time halting. We tried to race alongside it, but couldn’t keep up. With our monitoring equipment we verified there were beings inside its shifting form. Ships, also. Parts of places, too—as unbelievable as that sounds. We did our best to study this Halting Comet, but were left to wonder—what will happen if it finds a world as an Impedeor? Will there be anything left to inspect? And what powers might be exhibited by the resulting Impedeorite?
