Surpasstitious Card

 

Laser-Sow can’t unbelieve in his superstitions and hang-ups, so he overcomes his delusions with even more delusions. He’s now surpasstitious. The curses and unluckiness are still there, as far as he’s concerned, but he believes they can’t touch him. Hexes and ruin still fall around him, but now they’re like water off a duck’s back. Even in his body, they slip through without touching him. His surpasstitions are such powerful double-downings of delusion that they actually seem to holds up, granting him an absurd kind of calamimmunity or calamitinoculation from bad luck, hexes, and even wrathful smitings from the universe.
