It’s unclear if the envelopes really exist or if they’re just more of her dreams. Seem to be approximations for many mock hope chests, given to those whose wishes could never come true. Nopevelopes might help her in collecting and bringing forth all the drifting dreams in the universe, which can then be finally realized.
