Pipewish

 

When a person passes on, their undone dreams don’t disappear. They drift along, and sometimes Pipewish can pull them into realization for a short time through her magical Smote Rings. They don’t have to be crazy impossible dreams. People always never get around to all sorts of ordinary, everyday stuff. But often she can draw out bizarre or spectacular things. The “pipe-fished” or “pipe-wrung” as she calls them can be anything from simple tools, to impossible inventions, to sentient beings. The drawback is that she feels in full the unfulfillment of those who did the dreaming. This compels her to travel the universe, seeing where she can see things through.
